Kiran Bedi - Iron Lady of India


Beginning a journey a lecturer in Political Science and finally joining Indian Police services, Dr. Kiran Bedi was a first Indian women to become an officer, She was appointed on many challenging posts throughout the legendary career of more that 30 years. She was decorated by many national and international awards and recognitions including a United Nations Medal, Ramon Magsaysay Award, and President’s Gallantry Award.

Person's voice comes from within and it's also ruled by mind. Pitch and tone can be specific to a gender. Unlike woman's traditional gentle and infantile ascent, Kiran's firm - deep voice and briskly pronunciations became her identity world wide. Each and every word spoken by her reaches to heart only because of her influential style of speaking.

Her courage and morality took her to levels and broadened horizons. Her sincerity and service to nation inspired academic and management world too. Because of her only, many Indian could dream and dare to join police and security forces. Salute to her!
